Winky
Winky, originally named Crystal, is Dr. Andy's favorite dog, often referred to as "the one that got away." She was an Oklahoma transplant who arrived at the shelter extremely fearful and barely able to go outside on her own. Due to her anxiety, she became Dr. Andy's office dog, spending a year at the shelter before starting to come out of her shell. During this time, Winky learned to meet new people and dogs, gradually gaining confidence. Eventually, she was adopted by a family.
Her named was changed from Crystal to Winky after a female house elf in Harry Potter.
